ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an AVP Pricing to join our Supply Chain Team. In this role, you’ll lead the Pricing team, overseeing the commercial and financial evaluation of acquisition opportunities and exit strategies (Part Out/Trade/Lease). You’ll also manage deal documentation and ensure alignment with AerFin’s governance procedures.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing pricing and financing strategies to achieve AerFin’s financial growth targets. Working closely with the VP Engine and VP Airframe Supply Chain, you’ll guide the Trading team to focus on key asset classes, ensuring inventory coverage targets are met. You’ll also manage and prioritise the pricing pipeline to align with business needs and vendor RFP deadlines. If you’re a dynamic leader with a talent for nurturing teams and a focus on process improvement through digital innovation, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Conduct technical assessments to evaluate asset worth and collaborate with Supply Chain leads to incorporate financial and market data into pricing models.
  • Lead the team in developing cash-flow analyses, setting bid prices aligned with financial targets, and preparing metrics for business approvals.
  • Work with teams to explore and present alternate exit strategies.
  • Collaborate with FP&A on asset acquisition timing and guide the trading team on deal closures based on availability.
  • Encourage strategies that accelerate cash flow and provide accurate data for forecasting.
  • Ensure pricing model accuracy through project reviews, automate pricing activities, and promote CRM usage for pipeline management.

  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, demonstrating a commercially driven mindset.
  • Lead and mentor the pricing team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
