REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of hand on experience in software development in a large scaled enterprise environment
- 4+ years of leadership experience, leading multiple team initiatives simultaneously
- Proven experience in modernizing legacy applications
- Experience within a combination of .NET, Rest API’s, Python, AWS RDS(or other RDBMS)
- Experience working with large scale data environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance, using Cloud, .Net and API based integration patterns
- Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business problem statements into technical solutions
- Coordinate solution design with leaders from Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business to optimize speed to market and achieve prioritized business outcomes.
- Participate in Agile Scrum, PI Planning and work with Scrum Master, RTE, Project Manager to do estimation of key deliverables and milestone management
- Drive Code review, solution design sessions, Lunch and Learn sessions, developer community of practice, technical demos, Office hours with Developer community for knowledge share, solving and learning pain points while bringing innovative solution to the problems
- Meet Partner teams and developer community to understand pain points
- Assist in technical assessment of risks and issues, and document recommendations
- Coach and develop other members of the team in SDLC practices
- Oversee creation of technical documentation to support delivery and production support
