As we continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC region and helping customers with their communications needs, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Engineering.
In this role, you will be part of a team designing, automating, and deploying AWS services on behalf of our customers. This is a dynamic industry and the problems you will solve are constantly evolving. • Work with customer engineering teams on a wide variety of AWS projects, including migration, containerization and transformation
• Write infrastructure as code, with experience in Terraform
• Perform AWS environment troubleshooting and setup
• Meet customer SLAs and managing communication in case of issues
• Configure and maintain backup, monitoring and alerting systems for multiple clients
• Interact with teams and customers to ensure 24/7 support
• Administrate automated deployments using SSM documents, and scripting using Bash, PowerShell and/or Python
• Participate in work sessions with clients
• Complete technical documentation
• Deliver quality work in agile team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
