IT & Infrastructure Manager / AWS and Cloudfare DevOps Engineer
Position: Permanent
Location: London (Hybrid: Tuesday and Thursday in the office)
Salary: Up to £80K
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re seeking a highly skilled IT & Infrastructure Manager with an active UK Security Clearance to spearhead our technical advancements and ensure the security and performance of our systems.
This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Cloudflare, coupled with strong DevOps practices and a keen eye for security.

Responsibilities:
- Cloud Architecture and Engineering: Design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.
- DevOps and Automation: Foster a DevOps culture, automate infrastructure provisioning, and streamline deployment processes using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Security and Compliance: Prioritise security by implementing strong security measures, staying updated on industry best practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise system performance, leveraging Cloudflare for enhanced security and performance.
- Migration and Modernisation: Lead cloud migration projects, modernising legacy infrastructure and leveraging serverless technologies for efficiency.
- Cost Management: Implement cost-effective strategies, optimise cloud resource utilisation, and track cloud budgets.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
