Description:
AWS SUPPORT ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced AWS Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role you will handle escalated tickets from first-line support, resolve complex cloud issues, and ensure the security and performance of our AWS environment. You’ll also contribute to architecture improvements, automation, and cloud optimisation.
IN ORDER TO SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda).
- Experience with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Proficiency with Linux or Windows Server in a cloud environment.
- Solid understanding of AWS security best practices (IAM, encryption, VPN).
