REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Migration Lead or similar role, managing data migration projects.
• Strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory for building and managing data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its data migration capabilities is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience in documenting migration processes and creating technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
