Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Migration Lead or similar role, managing data migration projects.
- Strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory for building and managing data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and its data migration capabilities is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience in documenting migration processes and creating technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Utilize Azure Data Factory to orchestrate data pipelines and automate ETL processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define migration strategies.
- Design and implement data validation and reconciliation procedures to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to migration teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration and integration.
- Document migration processes, including data mapping, transformation rules, and system dependencies.
- Conduct post-migration validation and support activities to ensure a successful transition.
