Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect to join our Digital Team.
Responsible for the detailed design, planning and implementation of cloud-based solutions that align with the DA, supported agencies and the Programme needs. Working with jointly prepared blueprints from the EA team they will leverage the full potential of the Azure platform. Ensuring robust data governance and security, value for money and resilience are key considerations in the proposed solutions.
You will work closely with their peers in the Digital Services team and with the Enterprise Architecture function in Strategy Architecture and Planning team, ensuring that your cloud solutions are designed and developed in line with our strategy and adhere to design principles and overarching internal and external policies/governance.
You will have proven experience designing and implementing Azure solutions, including infrastructure, applications, and data platforms. Proficiency in Azure development and deployment tools and frameworks is a must, as is your strong problem-solving skills to assist troubleshoot technical issues and optimise performance as part of an IT Problem resolution team.

Salary circa £75,000 per annum
