Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Help create the relationship area with partner stores, supporting them in customer service and resolving doubts regarding the use of our product;
  • Provide direct customer service, both in matters related to the sale and after-sales of financed cell phones;
  • Prepare daily reports on services provided to customers and partners;
  • Serve customers via telephone, WhatsApp and email;
  • Help identify problems and improvements to be developed, based on information obtained from partners and customers;
  • Audit sales made;
  • Monitor information on issued financing;
  • Ensure correct payment to partners via mobile devices;
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys with customers and partners;
  • Manage telephony and WhatsApp data.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Verbal and written ability;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Sheets;
  • Active listening/non-aggressive communication;
  • Knowledge of Mapping/process documentation;
  • Experience in Sales/external communication;
  • Be proactive/initiative;
