Description:
ABOUT US:
We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and detail-oriented Business Developer (B2B) to join the commercial team of our group’s startup.
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, with experience and interest in business design and digital solution innovation. Your role will encompass both commercial prospecting and closing sales, along with client follow-up and support.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Identify and implement effective commercial prospecting strategies.
- Create and present commercial proposals tailored to clients’ specific needs.
- Prepare and manage budgets for each business opportunity.
- Apply knowledge of digital marketing to support commercial initiatives.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and monitor sales opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, demonstrating strong influence and motivational skills.
- Act proactively, creatively, and in an organized manner, contributing to team and business growth.
- Be available for in-person sales meetings in different regions across the country.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or Communication (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and Excel (mandatory).
- Availability for frequent travel, including client visits in Lisbon and the Algarve.
- Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented, and motivated to overcome challenges.
- Must live in Lisbon or Faro.
