We work with brands to fast-track their digital success in competitive markets both in Australia and internationally.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Graduate to join our team and support our Head of Marketing across a range of marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently completed a marketing or digital marketing qualification and is looking to kick-start their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This full-time, hybrid role will be based in our Melbourne, Australia office.

Event Coordination:
- Assist with planning and executing B2B events, including sourcing venues and coordinating logistics.

Webinar Support:
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm webinar topics and create presentation materials.

What can I expect in my first 90 days of the role?
In your first 90 days, you’ll undergo a comprehensive induction program to set you up for success. This will include meeting key stakeholders across the business to gain an understanding of how each team operates, as well as opportunities to connect with our international marketing teams. You’ll participate in two-week rotations across key departments—Marketplaces, SEM, SEO, CRM, and Social - giving you hands-on exposure to the strategies and day-to-day operations of each area. By the end of this period, you’ll contribute to the development of tailored marketing plans for each department, equipping you with a broad understanding of the business and its integrated approach to digital marketing.

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Digital Media (or equivalent) from Monash University or the University of Melbourne.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- A proactive and organised mindset, with attention to detail and time management skills.

- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram) and a passion for content creation.
