Description:
Insignis Cash Solutions is a fast-growing, FinTech company looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing business. We are expanding, making this is a perfect position if you’d like to have a significant impact on a company’s fast-paced growth and to develop your role and career as the business evolves. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, be detail oriented whilst also being personable and confident in building working relationships.
The position will be based out of our London office located in Devonshire Square and will include days working from home.
Responsibilities and Duties
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns that support client acquisition and revenue growth via all marketing channels both off and on-line.
- Lead multichannel and integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate marketing-qualified leads and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Heads of Sales to develop a comprehensive content strategy that covers all stages of the marketing funnel, aligns digital marketing efforts with lead generation and sales goals, and ensures a seamless transition from marketing to
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing activities (Web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising) to provide insights, demonstrate effective ROI, and optimise campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budgets allocated to the different channels ensuring value for money and tracking of spend throughout the year.
- Identify industry events and opportunities from publication and trading associations that support brand awareness activities across the key business segments.
- Report on trends and competitive landscape within the target markets.
- Measure campaign results and recommend changes to improve performance against business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 Years of experience in a B2B marketing position, ideally targeting Finance professionals (CFO, Treasurers, Financial Directors)
- Successful track record in developing marketing campaigns from idea creation, development, and delivery
- Ability to think both strategically, commercially, and practically
- Advanced knowledge of CMS (WordPress), email marketing, HubSpot, and LinkedIn
- A good understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media (LinkedIn, Meta)
- Analytical and creative mindset with numerical confidence
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Interested in the finance, FinTech and the cash management space
- Positive, passionate, and driven with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow processes
- Self-motivated individual with a great sense of ownership and accountability
- A team player, able to work collaboratively within the wider team, and not afraid of rolling-up their sleeves
