Responsibilities:

As our B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR), your main responsibility is to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients for Upstack Studio. Your role will be crucial in identifying and engaging high-quality prospects who can benefit from our services.

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through outbound efforts, including cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls), networking, and referrals.
  • Qualify Inbound Leads: Evaluate incoming leads, conduct discovery calls, and determine their fit based on our ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct Outreach Campaigns: Craft and execute personalized email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and phone outreach to engage prospects effectively.
  • Book Sales Meetings: Secure high-quality sales meetings for the Business Development Manager and Founder by engaging decision-makers.
  • CRM Management: Track and update all prospect interactions, ensuring clean and accurate data in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging, optimize outreach strategies, and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay on top of industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Develop Outreach Strategies: Test, analyze, and iterate outreach campaigns to improve response rates and meeting conversions.
  • Pipeline Building: Continuously nurture leads, track progress, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
