Description:
- Our company is looking for a B2B Sales Manager who will sell our wide range of Power Products to businesses, from our UPS Systems to our Solar Power products, and more.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals and have a good network of clients in the industry. This candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating key client relationships.
- We are looking for qualified candidates in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or its equivalent in any science, or social science field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- B2B Sales Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
Skills Requirements:
- Excellent Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
- Great networking skills
- Technical Know-How
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales and MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads for Power Solutions
- Develop comprehensive sales plans to target specific industries.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations on company power solutions tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing B2B clients.
- Lead the identification of new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand the company’s presence.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
