REQUIREMENTS:
- Education in business related field, or equivalent experience.
- A few years of sales experience in the medical cannabis, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated sector.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to come to our sites in Portugal (Setubal and Alcochete) and also in Alicante.
- Availability to go to industry conferences, every quarter
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Responsibilities:
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The B2B Sales Representative responsible for managing international accounts with a focus on driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Curaleaf’s presence in key markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track, prioritize, and follow up on leads to ensure client needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Supply Agreement Review & Execution: Assist in reviewing, negotiating, and executing supply agreements and contracts in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support Sales Strategies: Assist in executing strategies to expand market presence and secure new business opportunities (wholesale, distribution, etc.).
- Client Engagement & Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
- Budget & Targets: Support efforts to meet quarterly and yearly sales targets and budget expectations.
- Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and assist in performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore future opportunities.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events to promote the Curaleaf brand and expand our network.
