B2B Telemarketer (WFH, Remote Support)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced part-time telemarketer to join us. Your role is required in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our services to potential clients over the phone. Prior work experience in tele-marketing is an advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in communicating with English and Chinese speaking clients.
• Previous experience in B2B telemarketing or sales preferred.

• Generate client lists.
• Conduct cold calling to clients for company’s products and services.
• Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
• Identify client’s needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Get a clear understanding of client’s business requirements during sales calls.
• Manage all objections within the calls.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
• Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
• Keep records of calls and record useful information.
