ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be responsible for delivering market-leading marketing strategies, communications and campaigns across the entire lifecycle, from acquisition through to customer in-life engagement, renewal and advocacy.
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end customer contact strategy for key customer segments; defining, executing and measuring its effectiveness.
You will turn goals into reality. You will take complex problems and targets, have complete autonomy for setting objectives, key results, creating plans and driving these forwards to achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and delivering the end-to-end marketing plan for key customer segments. You’ll create robust marketing plans based on insight and present plans to Senior Leadership and key stakeholders to gain support for your initiatives. • Executing multi-channel communications and content across the customer lifecycle. You’ll work across multiple channels (website, app, account, email, SMS, social, print, partners) with the relevant channel owners (Campaigns, Performance Marketing, CRM, Product, Operations) to design and deploy initiatives. You’ll flex your remit and working style to meet the needs of the project and the matrix team. You’ll roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed to deliver at pace.
