Description:

SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000

We are looking for an ambitious performance driven B2C Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in our growth by taking full responsibility of taking our consumer propositions to market, overseeing cross-channel campaign programs and driving new customer acquisition.
This is a great opportunity for a driven Marketing professional to join a senior marketing team to develop and iterate new consumer marketing propositions and own the B2C program reporting and governance.
This role is vital in supporting the business’s growth ambitions, with a specific emphasis on our student propositions and engagement. Working with the marketplace activation team, using data, technology and creativity you will focus on delivering product and seasonal campaigns and user journeys designed to attract, nurture and convert new and current customers. This is an exciting position, aimed at helping create and execute our marketing programs and is vital in growing our business by attracting new customers.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and be required to support the wider marketing team to deliver overall marketing objectives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years B2C marketing management experience.
  • Passionate about the power of marketing to build a company brand and success.
  • Experience in designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Budget management.
  • Experience in using marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Experience in campaign performance reporting.
  • Excellent creative written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement the annual B2C campaign program to achieve overarching marketing objectives defined within the marketing strategy.
  • Working in collaboration with the Marketplace Activation Team to deliver multi-channel campaigns for all B2C product offerings.
  • Work closely with the B2B Marketing Manager to build integrated awareness and acquisition campaigns that regionally and nationally target our student and agent customers.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to identify and grow opportunities within new and existing territories.
  • Provide hands-on support in the delivery of key marketing campaigns.
  • Working in collaboration with the marketplace activation team, help develop student-specific content to enhance brand engagement across all channels.
  • Analysing campaign performance data to ensure conversion rate optimisation of all journeys. Must be able to assess current performance and provide recommendations.
  • Responsible for assigned areas of the annual marketing budget.
  • Be aware and keep up to date with market trends and competitors.
  • Creatively thinking of new ways to generate new business and customer leads.
