WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Some exciting opportunities have arisen within our Inbound Sales team. We are looking for an experienced, confident outgoing individuals with a great attitude and willingness to learn to join our growing Sales Team. The role would involve answering Inbound telephone enquiries from customers wishing to book a chargeable appliance repair, whilst delivering exceptional customer service on all aspects of the call.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Sales role, with both customer service and sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Drive and Self-motivation
• An excellent telephone manner and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• A proven sales track record
• Be proactive and flexible
• Courteous and professional
• Reliable and Trustworthy

• Building rapport with customers while objection handling to sell our chargeable repair service.
• Achieve all Weekly/Monthly set targets.
• Creating a world class customer experience, going the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy
• Providing exceptional customer service by personally looking after your own customers throughout their repair journey
• Growing the business and remaining profitable.
