SUMMARY

The B2C Upload Coordinator will work to support and address the high volume of needs in the Print on Demand Ecommerce business. Knowledge of pop-culture will come in handy as you get to look at licensed artwork that has been produced with some of your favorite characters from Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, and more! The B2C Product Upload Coordinator will work with Excel, the servers, email, and Nuxeo, a platform that houses all our artwork, every day. They will work with large amounts of data, adding attributes, identifying characters, and creating search terms that make our items searchable to a wider audience on platforms such as Target, Amazon, and Walmart. They will use their creativity to cultivate clear, concise, fun, and errorfree copy that fits the voice of POD demands, as well as unique names for all new items. They will work to complete a variety of tasks which support the smooth operations of the Ecommerce Product Uploading Team and the Account Managers for our POD business.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Must be detail-oriented
• Ability to create accurate error-free copy and names for new products
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision
• Ability to input data accurately and quickly
• Ability to work in high pace/high volume environment
• Maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasks

• Support day-to-day needs for Ecommerce channels.
• Input large amounts of data and identify attributes such as character names and searchable terms
• Write creative copy and unique names for new products using searchable terms
• Build packages for Ecommerce channels and verify correct statuses have been located.
• Provide backup to other team members.
