  • Techno-functional background with prior experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with mid to senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies and banking domain expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least three of the following areas: Clearing, Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, Cards, and Wealth Management.
Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requirement Discussions: Lead sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing change processes.
  • User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Translate business requirements into functional user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability and alignment with testing.
  • Design Briefing: Collaborate with the design team to ensure UI/UX meets business needs, providing feedback and updating requirements as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating communication and ensuring stakeholder signoffs.
  • Testing & Validation: Oversee Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with business units to validate solutions.
  • Change Requests: Prepare, track, and communicate Project Change Requests (PCRs), ensuring timely approvals and impact assessments.
  • Operational Process Tracking: Support and track the documentation and sign-off of operational processes related to IT solutions.
  • Sanity Checks: Ensure solutions meet business needs before production, coordinating post-go-live sanity checks.
