Nursery: Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £27,797per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8
We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Room leader to join our Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool in our baby room. Situated in the beautiful castle town of Kenilworth -commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the West Midlands.
This nursery is proudly rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and offers a full refurbished environment, extensive outdoor area and a designated baby unit.

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
• Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
• Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
• Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
• Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
