Chef De Partie (Part-Time, Temporary)
We are recruiting a Chef De Partie on a temporary basis with an immediate start and for approximately 6 weeks.
It is a part-time position for 16 hours per week, working 11am-8pm Thursdays and Fridays, with potential overtime opportunities.
Pay scale from £24,705 per annum (pro rata).
The role of Chef De Partie
Assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy production kitchen and providing high quality food from an agreed menu. You will oversee our counter service, the carvery, pizza oven and patisserie counter. A strong pastry background is also a requirement of this position.
This role benefits from Sociable hours with no split-shifts.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service is always delivered. You must be a Team player and support the rest of the kitchen team during a busy service.
About You
This role is well suited to a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be proactive and energetic and be able to work in a busy fast paced environment. Previous catering, Patisserie and high-volume production experience is preferred.
