Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Oversee and manage the BOH team, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain and monitor operating equipment and cleaning schedules.
  • Implement and enforce safety and hygiene policies, adhering to industry standards.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire your team to achieve excellence.
  • Manage stock, storage, and equipment logistics to support event success.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional service.
