As Back of House Supervisor, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that all operational and administrative tasks are completed accordingly, while also supporting the Floor Team Members to achieve overall duties and responsibilities.

As a Back of House Supervisor, you are responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Oversee daily and weekly tasks including reporting, handling deliveries, maintaining order and tidiness of back of house area, avoiding damage and preventing stock loss
  • Manage Back of House Assistants, ensuring all KPIs are met, stock levels are replenished, and products are priced and tagged correctly
  • Plan and manage stock deliveries, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to meet time frames
  • Effectively manage stock levels by department, brand, and style
  • Coordinate Stock Take with the Store Manager, Profit Protection and Back of House Team
  • Ensure Back of House standards are maintained in line with company expectations
  • Work with your Store Manager to plan and prepare for high volume deliveries for key trading periods of the year, ensuring all Back of House operations are seamless
