Description:
YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Admin Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Subject Access Requests (SARS), handling customer complaints and queries, and transcribing calls and interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role is vital in supporting our contact centre’s back-office operations and ensuring customer concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling sensitive data, transcriptions, and records.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage and resolve issues effectively, often under pressure.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance Awareness: Understanding of data protection laws, especially GDPR, and ensuring adherence to these when processing SARS and customer data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in an administrative or back-office role, preferably within a contact centre environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and sales cycles is desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process Subject Access Requests in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Collate and prepare customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all SARS requests are fulfilled within required timeframes and compliance standards.
- Work closely with internal departments to retrieve necessary documentation or information for requests
