, a specialist company dedicated to providing industry-leading real-time 3D graphics and virtual set solutions, is looking for a Back Office Assistant for its offices in Madrid, Spain, for immediate incorporation. Since 1993, is a company with a global reach, internationally oriented and committed to innovation, working with some of the largest broadcasters in the world and other content providers including RTVE, BBC, RAI, CBS, CNBC, Disney, ESPN, NBC, Reuters, WWE and many others.
The position of Back Office Assistant requires excellent organisational and business communication skills to support our international sales management and administration team. This team is part of ’s Commercial Department which oversees all the sales and marketing activities of the company.
A minimum of a qualification in Formacion Profesional is required and whilst previous work experience is not a prerequisite for the job, it is an added advantage to be considered in the job selection process. A reasonable command of both written and spoken English is an essential requirement, as is a positive, open and friendly attitude as well as the ability to work well within a team and also individually.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responding to initial business enquiries.
  • Lead gathering and prospect management.
  • Assistance in compiling documentation required for customised proposals and tenders.
  • Preparation of quotations with technical assistance from the Pre-sales Department.
  • Supplying product information and supporting documentation.
  • Interfacing with other Departments such as Product Management and Production Services Departments to coordinate sales related activities.
  • Help in obtaining information from resellers and/or end users to ensure that the correct pre-quote and /or order processing documentation is available.
  • Sales support activities regarding exhibitions, roadshows, client visits, customer training, proof of concept demonstrations and similar events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with approved resellers, system integrators, technology partners, etc.Respond to enquiries from approved resellers, system integrators, and other channel sales partners, and ensure that they have all the latest information regarding
  • ’s products, services, sales and marketing material.
  • Sourcing and compiling competitive information.Assist with the management of the outward shipment of goods from ’s offices to resellers and clients as well as the inward shipment of goods sent to
  • from the company’s suppliers.Assist with the management of the shipment of demonstration equipment between
  • ’s various offices as well as to and from third parties.
  • Filing of documentation.Assist the Production Services Department with the management of equipment held in
  • ’s storage facilities which is typically used for rentals or productions.
  • Assist the Sales Administration and the Accounts Departments with internal and external audits.Assist, if required, with the management of travel arrangements of
  • personnel.
