REQUIREMENTS

  • EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • EXPERIENCE:Previous experience in a back office, compliance, or customer support role in a financial services or trading environment is highly desirable.Familiarity with financial products (stocks, CFDs, crypto, etc.) and trading platforms is an advantage.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS:Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and database management tools.Experience with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, Capital.com platform) and KYC/AML tools is a plus.
  • REGULATORY KNOWLEDGE:Knowledge of financial regulations such as MiFID II, GDPR, and KYC/AML requirements.Understanding of industry standards for onboarding processes and customer verification.
  • SOFT SKILLS:Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for dealing with clients and internal teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

Responsibilities:

  • Client Documentation and Compliance:Review and verify client identification documents in accordance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.Ensure that all required forms are properly filled out and all client information is accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Onboarding Process:Manage the onboarding workflow for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient account setup.Collaborate with the compliance team to flag potential risks or inconsistencies in documentation.Provide assistance to clients in completing their onboarding process when needed.
  • Data Management:Accurately enter and maintain client data in the CRM and other internal systems.Update client records promptly in accordance with any changes, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Customer Support:Serve as a point of contact for new clients, providing professional and timely assistance through emails, calls, or live chat.Resolve client queries regarding the onboarding process or account setup, escalating issues as necessary.
  • System & Process Improvement:Continuously review and improve the onboarding process for efficiency and compliance.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, IT, Customer Support) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Reporting and Documentation:Prepare reports on client onboarding progress and issues for management.Keep thorough records of client interactions, ensuring proper documentation is available for audits or regulatory checks.
