Backend Developer (Supabase) – Full Time (English, Wroclaw)

As a Backend Developer (Supabase) at Workbase, you’ll focus on enhancing our platform’s backend infrastructure with Supabase at its core. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar database technologies.
• Strong proficiency with Typescript and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of database management and cloud integration.
• English proficiency of level B1 or higher.
• EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit, with a willingness to work on-site in Wrocław.

PREFERRED (BUT NOT MANDATORY) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong proficiency, in addition to TypeScript and NestJS, with Node.js and related backend technologies.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and WebSockets, with experience in implementing real-time features.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for rapidly learning new technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Passionate about software development and creating high-quality mobile/web applications.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Expand and improve Workbase’s backend using Supabase, making our platform’s data easily accessible and reliable.
• Design, implement, and manage integrations with Supabase, enabling real-time updates and secure data handling.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews with a focus on scalability and security.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration between the backend and user interfaces.
