HARD SKILLS OR QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Strong Python and database skills to build backend capabilities.
• Good understanding of frameworks such as Django will be a strong plus.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Strong unit test and debugging skills.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources into one system.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments is a strong plus.
• Experience in building enterprise cloud-based applications preferred.

A strong Backend engineer to helps Espressive build and improve the architecture and APIs that power the application.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build powerful features that enable enterprises to provide exceptional

experience to the employees in their day-to-day functioning.

• Design and build integrations that allow enterprises to seamlessly extend Espressive

services with third party applications.

• Design and build compelling employee, help-desk agent and admin centric functionalities that intersect with the AI/ML services.
• Create and manage secure RESTful APIs to meet product requirements.
• Optimize your code to ensure scalability and performance.
• Write unit tests against newly created components to keep code coverage up.
• Work with AI/ML teams to solve complex challenges together as a team.
• Collaborate with front-end team to ensure APIs meet requirements for a delivering a
• great user experience.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to validate and resolve defects.
• Work with the product/UX team to address challenges in a production application.
