We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of system architecture, migration, and maintenance processes. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Backend Development or similar role
• Proven expertise in Python, JavaScript, or related Backend languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions
• Continuous learner, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Fluent EnglishGood to have
• Experience with AWS and Terraform.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and the Flask framework.
• Manage and optimize databases using MongoDB.
• Implement caching solutions with Redis.
• Collaborate in a DevOps environment, utilizing AWS Cloud and Terraform.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
• Work closely with a small team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and trends in backend development
