As we want to continue delivering amazing work while having fun at the same time, we’re looking for a Backend Engineer (German fluency) joining us in our venture! The ideal candidate excels in social and interpersonal skills, which we value more than technical skills, as their curiosity to learn is most important to us. This role is a temporary position to cover parental leave and is therefore initially limited to 12 months.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of programming experience with Java; Python, HTML or Javascript experience is a plus
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software
• 2+ years of experiences in working with RESTful APIs, Spring
• Enterprise development experience in a project-based environment with exposure to multiple clients
• Clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Analyze issues from multiple angles and find innovative solutions.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and concerns.
• Adjust to new challenges and technologies swiftly.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• German and Englisch language proficiency (both at min. C1)
