About the Role:
On the Managed services team you will work on the Falcon Forensics product, building a tool that allows users to triage data collection for investigation and compromise assessments. You’ll work closely with UI engineers, UX designers and professional services to improve workflows and product capabilities.
About Us:
We are a growing team distributed across the United States and the United Kingdom. Slack is our primary communication method and much of our work is done in an asynchronous manner. We try to sync up as a team once daily and everyone on the team is always game to catch up in real-time when needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Help lead and work on backend engineering and LogScale support for the Falcon Forensics Product
- Improve the effectiveness of monitoring and proactively address issues
- Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues
- Write automation to reduce operational load within the team
- Take part in the design and implementation of new features and product enhancements
