Responsibilities:
Being part of our engineering team, you will:
- Play an important role in planning and executing our feature roadmap.
- Work on database design and data storage solutions
- Evaluate our platform performance and find scalable solutions
- Collaboratively work on architecture and system design
- Evolve our current tech stack to ensure a modern up-to-date system and ensure efficiency
- Constantly improve and evolve our development workflows
- Mentor and assist less experienced team members
- Work in close collaboration with non-engineering departments, and be part of our cross-functional teams
- Shape new features in their early stage
