Responsibilities:

As a Background Screening Administrator you’ll provide a professional pre-employment screening administration service to our customers. You’ll provide excellent customer service and be the first point of contact for customers, candidates and referees for pre-employment screening related queries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing pre-employment screening checks on behalf of customers in line with individual customer policies, special requirements, and departmental SLAs and processes, to ensure each customer and candidate receives an excellent experience.
  • Answering inbound calls from customers, candidates and referees, providing excellent customer service at all times and ensuring all queries are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Understanding the different types of checks offered by the Background Checking function, and becoming competent in processing these checks in line with company process. These checks include Financial, ID Checking, Employment, FSA, CRC, PVG, Academic, Directorship, Sanctions CIFAS and Driving License checks.
  • Quality checking offshore work, feeding back any corrections and completing the final sign off process. Identifying and highlighting any repeat issues or concerns to Team Leader.
