Description:
We are offering a Operating & Backoffice Specialist (m/f/d) function within our Nacora, Insurance Broker Team at our site located in Porto.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Secondary degree (mandatory) or university degree (preferred);
- Around 2 years of experience in Insurance/Brokers;
- Insurance knowledge;
- Microsoft Office knowledge: Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Good level of English knowledge (written & spoken).
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
As a Operating & Backoffice Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the management, administration, and maintenance of insurance policies, customer service and negotiating the conditions with insurance companies.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling of insurance policies: registrations, cancellations, modifications, billing, endorsements, etc;
- Negotiating with insurance companies new policies, renewals, endorsements, etc;
- Customer service, customer advice;
- Monthly statements to insurance companies;
- Sales team support and internal customers support.
