We are searching for a full time Baker (Bilingual - English & Chinese) to join our team.

The Basic Duties and Responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
  • Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Manage baking schedules and inventory
  • Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders
  • Assist with menu development and new product ideas

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef (minimum 5 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and passion for baking!
  • Ability to work early mornings or late shifts, as needed
