We are searching for a full time Baker (Bilingual - English & Chinese) to join our team.
The Basic Duties and Responsibilities will be:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage baking schedules and inventory
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders
- Assist with menu development and new product ideas
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and passion for baking!
- Ability to work early mornings or late shifts, as needed
