Responsibilities:
In this hands-on role you will inspire and lead a friendly team, alongside having full oversight of the operations and success of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with suppliers
- Stock control
- Assisting in ensuring sales and GP targets are met
- Monitoring sales
- Controlling departmental costs and managing credits
- Responsibilities for promotions and pricing programs
- Merchandising
- Rostering and staffing
- Comply with our Healthy and Safety and Food Safety policies
