A day in the life:
*Acknowledge, greet, and engage with guests by providing quality service. *Receive guest orders and package finished products with presentation and care. *Create and serve simple beverage items such as teas, coffees, and specialty drinks. *Eloquently describe menu items, ingredients, and allergy information. *Maintain and replenish items for business needs. *Maintain a high level of store cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment. *Follow opening and closing checklists. Ability to function and start shift at 7 AM. *Physical demands: Lift, carry, and move 25 lb loads occasionally. Frequent walking, bending, and reaching overhead. *Assist other team members in other roles and in baking off pastries as needed.
What you bring to the table:
*Have a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude. *Be able to commit full-time/part-time. *Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. *Certified knowledge of Food Handling/Food Safety (Paid program complete within 30 days). *Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. *Capacity to learn and operate Point of Sale system. *Be able to think on your feet and move quickly in a fast-paced environment. *Weekend availability is important.

• 3032 Wilshire Blvd, Suite E, Santa Monica, CA 90403.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation is $17.27 - $21.00/hour.
