Description:

The Swabian Gymnastics Association (STB) is the largest sports association in Baden-Württemberg with around 730,000
members in over 1,750 clubs. He oversees a wide range of activities, from children’s gymnastics to competitive and top-level
Olympic sports to fitness and health sports.
The national center of rhythmic gymnastics in Fellbach-Schmiden looks after around 40 gymnasts between the age of 10 and
20. Six coaches and two ballet masters train the athletes from the junior level through to the Olympic Games. The national
center offers excellent conditions to support the gymnasts and their coaches to have a successful sports career.
Planning, organization and implementation of ballet
training at national team level as well as the support of
squad athletes (OK, PK, NK1) in training and competition
Support and assistance to the coaches in looking after
the athletes
Responsible for the quality of execution and rehearsing
movement sequences in collaboration with the leading
coaches
Preparation of season planning with individual training
plans in consultation with the coaches as well as
preparation of season analyses with suggestions for
improvement
Cooperation when appointed as a coach or consultant in
courses or competitions

Completed education/studies as a ballet teacher or a
comparable qualification
High motivation and passion for working in rhythmic
gymnastics
Experience in coaching and dealing with teenagers and
young adults
Good oral and written knowledge of German and
English or willingness to learn the German language
Confident appearance and the ability to work in a team
