Description:
We are looking for a newly qualified / about to qualify student radiographer to come and join our friendly team in West Sussex. We can offer a supportive environment to help establish and develop your skills in general radiography, cone beam CT, basic non-contrast CT and fluoroscopy work.
We would welcome applications from final year pre-registration students if qualifying over Winter period 2024-5.
This position is a fixed term position for 12 months from December 2024.
Informal visits are welcomed and encouraged.
The job encompasses
Acting as an IRMER operator for radiology equipment
Providing patients with outstanding care
Working as part of a team with both clinical and non clinical radiology workforce/other departments
Competency in vetting and protocolling radiographic, Cone Beam CT referrals
Supporting delivery of on-call system
Developing excellent communication skills
