Description:
Oakwood Ward is a 20 bed mixed sex mental health acute ward currently located at Southmead Hospital.
We are looking for two experienced Mental Health Nurses to join the team alongside some newly registered Nurses joining in September.
The Oakwood Team work in a MDT approach and are proud of its collaborative culture.
it is an exciting time to join the team as in early 2025 Oakwood Ward will be relocating to Callington Road Hospital in Brislington to a brand new, purposely designed and built acute ward.
We support Staff in CPD and special interests and welcome innovative thinkers!
To carry out clinical practice within designated clinical areas, ensuring that high quality evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning, interventions and evaluations for patients is provided.
