Description:
The Enhanced Midwife will manage a defined caseload of vulnerable women and their families offering the Enhanced Midwifery pathway for ante-natal and post -natal interventions based on referral criteria Provide assessments and interventions based on the Enhanced Maternity pathway Act as patients advocate in promoting, and delivering the highest standard of care whilst the interest and well -being of the infant or children in the family is paramount Support the reduction of health inequalities through assessment, providing interventions and making referrals to appropriate services Access Safeguarding Supervision to support working with complex familie
