If so, we would like to offer you an opportunity to do this with our Home Treatment Team in Older Adults Community Mental Health Service at the heart of Westminster where we will present you with a unique opportunity to do just that.
This is an opportunity for staff who are looking to develop new skills and expand their abilities to be able to work within the community. In turn you will be able to make a meaningful impact in a different capacity than your existing role. Join our team at HTT, where your work-life balance is a priority! Our services run from 9 am to 5 pm, seven days a week, with no night shifts (within this you will be asked to work at least two weekends within a month) . This structure not only ensures you have dedicated time for your personal life but also opens up opportunities for you to take on additional bank hours with us or explore roles elsewhere across the trust. Your career, your schedule – make it work for you. Join HTT and seize the flexibility you’ve been looking for!
We want to hear from you!

To help you achieve expanding your knowledge we will offer you

Commitment from the team to develop you by offering training and development opportunities tailored to your needs and the role
Opportunities to shadow our neighbouring services including CMHTs, HTTs, acute inpatients, PICU and HBPoS allowing you to see the full circle of treatment for our patients
