Description:
Are you a RMN, OT or Social Worker? Are you looking for dynamic and rewarding role in Mental Health? Primary Care Liaison Service (PCLS) is looking for a Band 6 professional to join their team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the BANES PCLS team to recruit a suitably qualified professional to work specifically with older adults .
There is flexibility to work between Hillview Lodge, Bath and The Hollies in Midsomer Norton.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent frontline assessment skills, who holds a registered Mental Health Nursing qualification. You will possess both experience and enthusiasm for working with Older Adults.
You will be joining an experienced and dedicated team of professionals who provide telephone triage, video and face to face assessments to service users and their carers across BaNES working alongside other specialist professionals, including GPs and partnership agencies.
You will play a key role in responsive, person centred and needs-led mental health assessments as well as brief interventions. You will be a team player and someone who is able to show sensitivity and tact as an essential requirement, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
