The organisation and the Emergency Department Leadership is keen to grow an Advanced Clinical Practitioner workforce. The ED is extremely busy with the ability to extend your medical knowledge due to be specialist centre for renal and transplant medicine to name a few. We have grown how we deliver emergency care but expanding our Acute SDEC which is managed and delivered by our ED team.
The Trust is under new leadership and we are in the process of transitioning, with North Middlesex joining the Royal Free London Foundation NHS Trust. New challenges ahead. As we move out of winter and the recent NHS England target to achieve 76% in the 4 hour performance indicator for March 2024, we hope you are up for growing with us and being part of a team willing to champion transformation.
