Description:
The postholder will be responsible for taking the strategic and operational lead on a range of service transformation programmes to ensure that they are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements realising effective co-ordination of people, resource and talent; to ensure that, as appropriate, such initiatives are embedded and the benefits realised, including BCHC Divisional transformation and other largescale HR initiatives as deemed appropriate by the Executive team, Divisional Directors and senior clinicians/managers, with whom the postholder will work closely
