Bank Accounting Team Leader
at MOL GBS Hungary, the Financial Service Center of MOL Group.
The Bank Accounting team is providing bank account booking related services to several MOL Group companies in the following countries: Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Austria, and Germany.

REQUIREMENTS:

University or College degree
Any accounting related qualification is an advantage (e.g. chartered accountant, dipIFRS etc.)
5+ years of experience in complex booking activities (preferably bank booking or GL)
Leadership experience is not a must have but people leadership skills are essential
Hands on experience with SAP and/or Navision
Strong MS Office knowledge
English & Hungarian language skills are required as they are our working languages in the daily operation
Ownership mindset and strong client focus
Great cooperation skills
Change management acumen: ability to drive changes in the organization (e.g. centralization of additional subsidiaries, process development)

Leading the bank accounting team of 12 people and managing the team from leadership point of view (finding the optimal split of tasks, target setting, performance evaluation, etc.)
Responsible for providing timely and high-quality service to our internal customers
Coordinating and participating in the daily bank account booking activity
Proactive attitude towards finding and correcting any booking mismatches
Managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities related to the bank booking area
Active participation in audits
Managing interdepartmental processes with the GL, AP, AR teams
Coordinating the team’s work in projects affecting the bank accounting area
Developing the existing processes to achieve efficiency improvement and lean processes
Leading transitions related to the migration of additional MOL Group subsidiaries to the centralized bank account booking team
