To exercise good personal time management, punctuality, and consistent reliable attendance. To support with the delivery of supervision of rehabilitation assistants and support staff. Any other duties commensurate with the grade. Financial Management- To access petty cash when required and be responsible for providing receipts.
To be mindful of relevant budgets when prescribing equipment and requesting supplies. To complete expenses claim forms for reclaiming mileage in accordance with policy To be responsible for organising placements for work experience students giving support and guidance during the placement. To actively participate in the training and development programmes of Health Care and Assistant staff, Rehabilitation Support Workers, and other disciplines. To provide, in liaison with other OT staff, a support group for occupational therapy students on practice placement.
To undertake training of occupational therapy students on practice placement as delegated by the clinical supervisor
