Bank Mobile Senior MRI/CT Radiographer
Reports to
Clinical Lead in region.
Position Summary
To provide radiology services and ensure compliance with IRMER regulations

Essential Qualifications / Key Selection Criteria

  • Degree or diploma in Radiography
  • Registered with the HPC
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrated Computer Skills and RIS PACs experience

Technical Skills & Application

  • Provide high quality individualised imaging services for patients, being sensitive to patients needs for dignity and privacy
  • Control radiation doses to patients and staff in line with As Low As Reasonably Practical (ALARP)
  • Ensures that the agreed standards of patient care and confidentiality are maintained in accordance with Ramsay policies
  • Adhere to SoR code of conduct and guidelines

Continuous Improvement

  • Promote best practice in line with organisational policies and procedures
  • Be involved and support quality projects being undertaken in the department and the organisation

Risk Minimisation

  • Ensure safety of self and others in the workplace adhering to relevant Ramsay Health Care Health and Safety policies
  • Undertake local workplace health and safety training including induction and mandatory training sessions, such as Manual Handling and Emergency Procedures
  • Participates in and contribute to health and safety to ensure a safe work environment for clients, community, staff and visitors
  • Report all incidents and hazards utilising the appropriate reporting procedures and mechanisms
