Bank Receptionist

Priory Hospital North London are now recruiting for a Bank Receptionist.
As Bank Receptionist you will be the ambassador for the Hospital on service users and visitors. The main role is to greet and assist with empathy and understanding all incoming guests, visitors and service users, with discretion. Confidentially handle all patient information. Promptly answering phone calls in a polite manner and re-directing calls to respective departments. Other duties include keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times, handling and re-directing mail, booking rooms, booking transport, assuming administrative authority for your responsibilities etc. Training given on bespoke equipment.

This job is subject to an enhanced DBS check, cost are met by the Priory.
